Photography Internship
TheJawn LLC, Philadelphia PA
We’re looking for a few energetic, motivated, and talented Photography Interns to join our photo team for the Summer/Fall of 2011.

You’ll be strolling around, taking photos of Philadelphia’s diverse shops, parks, blocks and more. Not much experience required (you’ll learn plenty).

What you’ll take away:
- General knowledge of camera operations (including proper exposure techniques, manual operation and more)
- Major experience with a rapidly growing internet start-up
- Learn about Public Domain photography and associated laws
- Required post-production steps for privacy laws
- For the perfect candidate: a chance for much more work in the future

Things you’ll need:
- A digital SLR camera (professional models preferred)
- Lens covering 18mm, 28mm and 50mm (can be zoom lens)
- Wide-angle lens (a plus)
- A yearning to make a difference in Philly and an equal love for photography
- To be comfortable walking around Philly for several hours taking photos
- Familiarity with Philly streets (or someone who desires to learn them)
- A willingness to quickly learn and adapt
- To be a very dependable, self-starter able to work on their own
