Nice, intimate screening rooms. Great location.

All they ever play are indie films, which I love. But sometimes, I'm looking to see something more mainstream. This just isn't the place to do that.

I like this theater. It's in the perfect location, not many people go here- so it's never too crowded, they always have a great selection of flicks to choose from, matinee and student discounts available and the concession stand isn't too terribly overpriced.
Cons
Don't drive, jump on the train. It's just 1 block away.
